Country leaders need information on new technologies and proven interventions—as well as cost-effectiveness and health system requirements—to plan for and implement diarrheal disease control programs. PATH is on the ground sharing these data and stimulating discussions, applying our longterm presence in the developing world to successful country collaborations.

Our discussions with health ministers have yielded important insight about diarrheal disease control priorities. Activities are now moving beyond information-sharing to helping countries improve planning for diarrheal disease control.
